Let the lights shine, while prepping a home for a photo shoot the next item on the to do list is to go through the home and turn on every light all the over heads and lamps. Then go around and write down which light bulbs that are burned out and replace them before the shoot.

Your rooms will photography look much nicer if all the lamps have the same wattage bulb in them. Please try to have the same wattage bulbs around a room. There is nothing worse than having a room full of 60watt bulbs and one lone 100watt that sticks out like a sore thumb.

De-clutter De-clutter De-clutter. Show off your properties counter tops. Remove cutting boards, knife blocks, toaster ovens, coffee makers, paper towels, hand towels, soap bottles. Please Remove all magnets and papers from the refrigerator(front, sides, and top it all shows)

Make sure all counters, cabinets, and appliances are clean
